1. Acceptance of Terms

8. Account Suspension and Termination

You may terminate your jl499 account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting permanent account closure. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining balance from your account. Bonus funds and unredeemed promotional credits will be forfeited upon account closure. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except under exceptional circumstances at jl499's sole discretion.

8.2 Termination by jl499

Terminated users are prohibited from creating new accounts and may be banned from future use of the Service.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. jl499 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of PHP 100 per month or 10% of the remaining balance, whichever is less, for maintaining dormant accounts. After twenty-four (24) months of inactivity, remaining balances may be forfeited and accounts permanently closed.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the jl499 Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
